I show up as the therapist that I want to have; one that is non-judgmental, loving, effective, root-cause minded. I encourage all of my clients and potential clients to show up exactly as they are, to co-create trust in our therapeutic relationship and to do the work (we'll figure out what that looks like) to get what they want. Some people just want relief from depression, anxiety, relational conflict, traumatic experience, etc. I've got big news.... You can have that, and mostly anything else you want too! For the record I never said it would be easy, but it will be worth it. I encourage you to invest in your wellbeing. What else is there.
